Philanthropy: The Arthritis Foundation, Sisters for Soldiers

Annual Events: AOII holds an annual AOPierogies Philanthropy dinner among other events. The money raised gets sent to the Arthritis Foundation. Along with our Philanthropy dinner, our chapter holds AOPie-in-the-face and Strike out Arthritis.

New Member Program: The New Member Program consists of 6 weekly lessons that cover the history of our organization, the meaning behind various mottos and symbols, and information that expands on the Philanthropy organization we support. During the New Member period, members will bond with their New Member class, as well as the other women within the sorority. New Members will be given the opportunity to meet with older members and be paired with a mentor that will help guide them through both their college years and within AOII.

Community Service: 15 hours per semester for active members

Outside Involvement Requirements: 2 outside organizations.

This requirement beings the semester after you joined. Outside involvement is not required during your new member semester.

Study Hall Hours: No required study hall hours for new members

New Member Dues: $603 per semester

Active Member Dues: $571 per semester
