University of Toledo Panhellenic Council
Dear UToledo Students & Families,
My name is Alia Beseiso and I am honored to serve as the 2025 Panhellenic President. I, along with the rest of the Executive Board, am here to serve as a resource and guide to you all as you navigate the exciting world of sorority life!
The Panhellenic Association at the University of Toledo is composed of 9 sororities: Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Xi Delta, Chi Omega, Delta Delta Delta, Delta Phi Epsilon, Kappa Delta, Pi Beta Phi, and Phi Sigma Rho. Panhellenic at UToledo is home to almost 500 women, and although each chapter has their own unique qualities, the members of our community embrace an inclusive environment where we all place scholarship, service, and sisterhood at the forefront of everything we do!
Our website is the stepping stone to learning more about sorority life at Toledo, including information about all of our chapters, the recruitment process, FAQ’s for parents, and upcoming events. Our social media platforms are also an excellent way to keep up with the day to day activities of our Panhellenic sisters.
Coming to college, I knew I wanted a sense of community and a way to become involved on campus. Joining a sorority at Toledo was a no brainer for me in this sense and since making that decision I have not looked back. Since going Greek, I have found my lifelong friends, academic success, service to others, and a community that supports me in all that I do. The women of The National Panhellenic Conference at Toledo stay involved on campus and in the community and through my connections to them, I have found a number of other ways to stay involved and love my college experience at The University of Toledo! My goal as President is to spread this passion and love for sorority life and give members the same amazing experiences I have had. I encourage everyone to take a leap of faith and go for it, as you never know what the future may hold.
Collectively, the members of UToledo Panhellenic seek the heights, inspire ambition, are democratic rather than exclusive, strive for that which is honorable, are friends and leaders for life, realize their potential, be rather than to seem to be, steadfastly love one another, and build the future within our community. Even if you decide that Panhellenic Life is not for you at this time, I hope that we can serve as a resource to you if it is a choice you would like to make further into your college career.
With love,
Alia Beseiso
